Royal Windsor Half Marathon Trail Run

Windsor seems like a nice place to run and I have been considering applying to the Windsor Half Marathon at the end of September, however it's a crowded calendar at that time of year.

Found an alternative today though - the (new) Royal Windsor Half Marathon Trail Run on Sunday 26th May 2013.  It's a different route to the Windsor Half Marathon in September, but it looks like a nice course.

The route is scheduled to start with a view of Windsor castle and then proceed along canal paths and through the surrounding area before ending up back near the castle.

Think this one could be fun!
